Junior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional project team tasked with delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management within clinical trials;

• Assist the Services Delivery project team by:

• Engaging with the client to discuss requirements, address issues, provide progress updates, and respond to inquiries;

• Designing the IRT solution to align with study requirements based on the clinical protocol, Suvoda proposal, and client discussions;

• Thoroughly documenting all requirements and taking part in internal and external specification review meetings;

• Assisting during client review meetings of IRT specifications and supporting documents, implementing necessary updates;

• Overseeing project schedules and scope, monitoring all internal and client tasks essential for achieving project milestones;

• Coordinating the schedule and task assignments for the cross-functional project team;

• Aiding in the creation of the UAT plan, developing test scripts, managing data setup, and offering client support for client UAT;

• Delivering protocol-specific support to the client and support team post go-live;

• Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project's build and maintenance phases by collaborating with Suvoda management, the Suvoda product team, and business development as necessary;

• Conducting system training for end-users through in-person meetings, web conferences, and user manuals;

• Offering telephone and email support to system users worldwide;

• Traveling to client locations to participate in meetings and facilitate user training sessions;

• Executing other related duties as required;

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in life sciences or computer science);

• 1.5 years of progressive experience as an associate project manager;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Effective time management and organizational abilities;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Ability to creatively solve problems;
