Junior Automation, AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, testing, and ongoing maintenance of AI and automation solutions utilized for configuring the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP).

• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of workflow automations using platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier.

• Aid in developing and testing LLM prompts for activities including document parsing, data mapping, and configuration generation.

• Prepare, cleanse, and organize data for application in automation workflows and AI applications.

• Uphold internal documentation, workflows, and code repositories to guarantee transparency and reusability.

• Collaborate with implementation consultants and business analysts to gather requirements and confirm results.

• Monitor and report on automation performance while identifying potential areas for enhancement.

• Keep abreast of trends and tools in automation, proposing innovative ideas for increased efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in a technical, data, or process automation position (internships or personal projects are acceptable).

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and data formats.

• Awareness of AI tools or LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable managing large datasets.

• Some experience with Python, JavaScript, .net, or scripting is advantageous.

• Strong organizational capabilities and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication skills and a readiness to collaborate within a team setting.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or fintech systems is desirable.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for task automation or document summarization.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of prompt engineering.

• Exposure to agile or project-based work environments.
