Junior Associate – Data Center Cost Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• You will support the Cost Manager in ensuring that project expenses are managed efficiently.

• You will assist the Cost Manager in creating cost estimates, plans, and integrating benchmarking data for evaluation.

• You will engage in design team meetings, evaluate cost implications, and aid in implementing agreed-upon outcomes.

• You will help the Cost Manager contribute to the pre-contract phase.

• You will assist in preparing and managing change order logs, invoice logs, and comprehensive cost reports.

• You will participate in client meetings with senior colleagues, documenting key discussion points and action items.

• Completion of coursework in construction or cost management.

• Ability to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of construction projects and cost principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic calculations and data tracking.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn structured cost management processes.

• Effective communication skills to facilitate coordination with project teams.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with supervision.

• A desire to learn about cost management tools, systems, and best practices in the industry.
