Junior Area Sales Manager – Westdeutschland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support for specialist retailers and shop-in-shop partners

• Implementation of sales and marketing strategies in retail

• Expansion and maintenance of the dealer network (80% existing customers & new customers)

• Training and motivation of local sales teams

• Ensuring brand presence (POS, merchandising, media, tools)

• Promotion of pre-order campaigns

• Regular reporting and participation in trade fairs and customer events

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree

• Initial experience in sales, ideally with dealer structures

• Excellent German language skills + English

• High willingness to travel within Western Germany (3-4 days/week)
