• Analyze data across digital, social, and campaign channels to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that extend beyond the obvious.
• Develop and contribute to client-facing reports and presentations that convey a clear narrative, rather than merely showcasing numbers.
• Support social listening initiatives using tools such as Brandwatch or Netbase to reveal significant audience and market insights.
• Utilize visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio to make data both accessible and actionable.
• Collaborate with strategy, media, and creative teams to integrate analytics into broader campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify what is effective and what requires attention.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain a curious mindset, exploring new tools, methodologies, and innovative approaches to utilizing data in healthcare marketing.
• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, marketing, or a related field; internships and coursework are included.
• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity is essential; you ask questions, dig deeper, and refuse to settle for superficial answers.
• The ability to narrate a story using data, rather than just producing a report, is the primary skill we are seeking.
• Comfort in working with data in Excel; familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is advantageous, and we will support your growth in these areas.
• Experience with or a strong interest in social listening tools, particularly Brandwatch or Netbase.
• A clear communicator who can articulate findings and their significance to both analytical and non-analytical audiences.
• An interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or health technology; while expertise is not required, curiosity about the field is important.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines without oversight.
• Naturally collaborative, eager to learn, and not the type to simply clock in and out.
