Junior AI, Product Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain interactive lab scenarios and technical documentation utilizing YAML and Markdown

• Automate and script components of the training environment with Bash or Python

• Diagnose issues within the delivery platform, encompassing Instruqt and LMS systems

• Assist in the design and execution of training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops

• Gradually assume responsibility for smaller training sessions

• Create course materials and technical guides

• Implement instructional design principles to ensure alignment of materials with learning goals

• Leverage AI coding/agent clients to develop labs, write scripts, and draft documentation

• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams

• Solicit feedback and enhance technical knowledge and presentation skills

• Support Sysdig's mission of enabling organizations to secure innovation in the cloud through its cloud security offerings, including Falco

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of essential DevOps and cloud-native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals

• Practical scripting experience in Bash or Python

• Familiarity with YAML and Markdown

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for teaching and presenting to technical audiences

• Comfortable experimenting with AI coding/agent CLI clients such as Claude Code or Codex

• Inquisitive, dependable, and proactive in seeking and implementing feedback

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Capability to independently apply newly acquired skills to deliver small training components

• Ability to relate technical subjects to customer use cases

• Collaborative mindset, initiative, and a commitment to best practices
