Junior AI, Product Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain practical lab scenarios and technical materials utilizing YAML and Markdown.

• Automate and script portions of the training environment using Bash or Python.

• Diagnose issues within the delivery platform, including Instruqt and LMS.

• Assist in the design and facilitation of training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops.

• Create courseware and technical documentation.

• Implement instructional design principles to ensure alignment with learning outcomes.

• Leverage AI coding/agent tools to construct labs, write scripts, and generate content.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

• Independently deliver small training modules and relate technical subjects to customer use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of essential DevOps and cloud-native principles (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, cloud basics).

• Proficient in scripting with at least one language (Bash or Python).

• Experience with YAML and Markdown.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Passionate about teaching and presenting to technical audiences.

• Comfortable experimenting with AI coding/agent command-line clients (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).

• Inquisitive, dependable, and proactive in seeking and incorporating feedback.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
