Junior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates and assist them throughout the setup journey.

• Offer daily support to current affiliates and serve as their primary contact.

• Evaluate affiliate performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Propose and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and improve overall results.

• Foster and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with CPA partners.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, back office, and other internal departments to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives.

• Track essential metrics such as traffic quality, conversion rates, and instances of fraud.

• Generate regular reports detailing affiliate performance and network expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of affiliate traffic sources and channels.

• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, and other prevalent payment models.

• Basic comprehension of Forex products.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems will be viewed favorably.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple partners simultaneously and work independently.

• Availability to work evening shifts (starting from 4:00 PM Cyprus time).

• Language proficiency: fluent in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or any additional language will be considered a significant advantage.
