Junior Advanced Data Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct the standardization of products and branches, linking sellout data with the corporate catalog and validating the information alongside the KAMs during the weekly operation.

• Maintain and update the branch catalog, gathering information for new entries and ensuring data completeness and uniqueness.

• Execute the addition and updates of branches directly in the database following quality validations.

• Generate and maintain automated reports for tracking standardizations.

• Create and sustain documentation of the processes and applications utilized in the standardizations.

• Validate the quality and consistency of data prior to any incorporation into the catalog.

• Provide support to the data team of a leading Mexican company in health and quality of life in activities related to standardization, cataloging, and data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in progress or completed in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Data Analysis.

• Proficiency in Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL), advanced queries, and uniqueness validation (unique IDs).

• Proficient in Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas) and Business Intelligence tools for reporting.

• Quick learning ability and adaptability to technical environments.

• Meticulous attention to detail and rigor in process execution.

• Ability to follow instructions and validate deliverables before submission.

• Responsibility and autonomy to follow up without constant reminders.

• Teamwork and effective communication with business and technology areas.

• Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement.

• Desirable: experience with data quality processes.
