Junior Account Manager – E-Commerce, Retail Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with existing clients in the Amazon and online pharmacy industries.

• Assist in executing Retail Media strategies, which include campaign briefings, monitoring, and performance reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams.

• Aid in identifying growth opportunities, such as cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

• Coordinate timelines and prepare materials for client meetings.

• Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, project evaluations, and industry updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or media—gained through internships, working student positions, or an initial full-time job.

• A keen interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing practices.

• Fundamental understanding of online advertising (experience with Google, Meta, or Amazon is a plus, but not mandatory).

• An analytical mindset, a methodical approach, and a passion for learning new tools.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and proficient English skills.

• Strong communication abilities and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with clients and internal teams.

• Proficient use of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
