This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Unlock opportunities within medical practices and integrate our vision into daily clinical operations.
• Build relationships and persuade: Utilize your communication abilities and knowledge of clinical workflows to engage physicians, diabetes educators, and other healthcare professionals in our digital health application (DiGA).
• Manage outbound and inbound efforts: Proactively reach out to potential prescribers and oversee qualified leads sourced from our partner networks and marketing initiatives.
• Own the sales cycle: Independently navigate medical practices from initial contact, through personalized consultations, to achieving the first successful prescription of our DiGA.
• Maintain CRM and data: Diligently document all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot), establishing a solid data foundation for our success.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and representation: Organize and conduct webinars for healthcare professionals, serving as a knowledgeable point of contact.
• Gather market feedback: Collect valuable insights directly from practices and collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings.
• A sales talent with empathy and determination.
• Growth-oriented mindset: You are enthusiastic about account management and business development, highly motivated, driven for success, and tenacious after a “no”.
• Ideally, you possess 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medtech, SaaS, or another DiGA), or you may be transitioning from a related field (e.g., diabetes educator, medical assistant (MFA), pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA), or similar).
• Excellent communication skills: You are fluent in German at a native level, persuasive over the phone, and capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Customer-centric approach: You comprehend the workflows of a medical practice, establish trust quickly, and serve as a competent, peer-level contact.
• Self-driven: You work independently and in an organized manner while maintaining an overview even with a busy pipeline.
• Language proficiency and tech-savvy: You are fully proficient in German (both written and spoken), possess good English for internal communications, and are comfortable utilizing digital tools such as CRM systems.
