This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for strategic acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing customer relationships with a clear focus on MICE in the West & North region.
• Development, management, and strategic advancement of MICE accounts as well as selected corporate travel clients for the BWH hotel portfolio in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central Europe.
• Conceptualization and implementation of sales-oriented measures aimed at increasing revenue, market share, and customer loyalty.
• Analysis of market, competition, and customer potentials and derivation of targeted sales activities.
• Establishment and maintenance of a strong network of companies, event planners, agencies, and other relevant business partners.
• Regular client visits, sales trips, and representation of BWH Hotels at trade fairs, workshops, and industry events.
• Close collaboration with clients, partner hotels, and internal teams to successfully realize corporate and particularly MICE business opportunities.
• Passion for hospitality, sales, and the development of sustainable customer relationships.
• Completed training or studies in the field of hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in hotel sales or a comparable position.
• Strong sales skills, results-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for acquiring new clients.
• Sensitivity to market opportunities and the ability to successfully develop customer potentials.
• Independent, structured working style, initiative, and hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation talent, and enjoyment of networking.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory.
