Junior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with acquiring warm leads and offering support to families.

• Your role involves explaining the marta platform to customers, providing technical assistance during their search, and overseeing the contract closure through the platform.

• You will independently manage your own client portfolio and facilitate the deployment of caregivers, serving as the main point of contact for the families of those receiving care.

• Your responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with families, conducting satisfaction surveys about the caregiver, assisting with caregiver transitions, and preparing quotations.

• To enhance internal processes and elevate the customer experience, you will provide constructive feedback based on your insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A mastery of the German language at a C2 level is essential.

• Ideally, you should possess training as a nursing professional or hold a degree in social work, health management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in sales, customer success, or account management is advantageous, though not a requirement!

• You exhibit a winning mentality: eager to learn swiftly, drive initiatives forward, and go above and beyond for yourself and your team.

• You enjoy engaging in phone conversations and can persuade others with your charm and authenticity.
