This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, nurture, and convert new business prospects, fulfilling both Hunter and Farmer roles;
• Oversee mid-market and enterprise accounts, crafting commercial strategies that align with Dadosfera’s business objectives;
• Comprehend clients’ challenges, needs, and goals, connecting them with the most appropriate Dadosfera products, solutions, and services;
• Conduct commercial meetings, institutional presentations, solution demonstrations, and negotiations with clients both nationally and internationally;
• Establish and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring closeness, trust, and a vision for long-term partnership;
• Maintain up-to-date commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring visibility, predictability, and precise tracking of the sales pipeline;
• Collaborate intensively with Dadosfera’s technical teams to design solutions customized to each client’s context and challenges;
• Assist in the development of commercial proposals, business cases, and strategies for account growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, or related disciplines;
• Over 3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or as an Account Executive;
• Proficient in consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship management with mid-market and enterprise clients;
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Spanish, capable of conducting business conversations;
• Intermediate proficiency in English, able to support international business communications;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and commercial management systems;
• Analytical mindset to assess business challenges, market data, and commercial opportunities;
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and capability to excel in dynamic settings;
• Willingness to travel;
• Residing in São Paulo/SP or Belo Horizonte/MG, with the ability to regularly visit clients and participate in in-person meetings as required.
