Journeyman Electrician/Solar Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to gain insights into the solar systems installation process.

• Lead and mentor the Crew while executing all responsibilities associated with the Crew lead role.

• Demonstrate the ability to engage with city Inspectors and document necessary modifications to electrical plans.

• Ensure the maintenance of tools and materials essential for all electrical tasks.

• Oversee the Crew while delivering training to Electrician apprentices.

• Participate in meetings and consistently align with the company's Core Values.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the solar industry.

• Must possess a current Journeyman License.

• Required to have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• OSHA 10 certification is mandatory.

• Must be qualified to operate a Company truck and capable of handling any heavy equipment on-site (Trencher, man lift, Fork lift).

• Proficient in the proper use of safety gear and training/supervising work performed above 6’ from the ground, on roofs, ladders, etc.

• CPR certification is required.

• Familiarity with all installation product manuals for the correct installation of various devices.
