• Deliver technical support to computer users.

• Address inquiries or troubleshoot computer issues for clients.

• Execute a range of clerical and administrative tasks related to remote assistance.

• Respond to trouble tickets to resolve user concerns.

• Offer specialized technical support via phone, email, and instant messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess Public Trust Clearance by the start date.

• Complete ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification within 120 days of hire.

• Extensive knowledge across essential tasks and high-impact projects.

• Capability to plan and oversee significant technology projects.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in both full and/or partial remote settings with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with staff at all levels as well as clients.
