This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture solid relationships with local employers across various sectors.
• Create quality job vacancies, work placements, apprenticeships, and additional employment opportunities.
• Grasp employers’ recruitment requirements, workplace culture, and avenues for progression.
• Build a pipeline of job vacancies and actively align participants with appropriate opportunities.
• Employ innovative strategies such as reverse marketing to unveil new opportunities.
• Assist participants throughout the recruitment process, from identifying suitable roles to interviews, job placements, and beyond.
• Coordinate effective onboarding procedures, workplace support, and reasonable adjustments with both employers and participants.
• Conduct strengths-based vocational profiling to comprehend participants’ skills, aspirations, experiences, and obstacles.
• Offer practical assistance with job searches, applications, CV writing, and interview preparation.
• Connect participants with specialized services and community organizations for additional support as needed.
• Provide in-work support to help individuals acclimate to roles, address challenges, and maintain employment.
• Ideally possess experience in recruitment, employer engagement, business development, sales, account management, employability, employment services, or a similar employer-facing role.
• Ability to forge trusted relationships with employers and other stakeholders.
• Capability to identify employer needs and transform discussions into tangible recruitment opportunities.
• Proficient in effectively matching individuals to job vacancies and facilitating successful recruitment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence a diverse range of individuals.
• Skillful in networking within the local business community and cultivating new employer relationships.
• Competent in managing multiple employers, vacancies, and participants while maintaining organization.
• Ability to work towards performance targets and contractual outcomes.
• Knowledge of local labor markets and factors affecting recruitment.
• Experience in welfare-to-work, employability, supported employment, or working with individuals facing employment barriers would be beneficial.
• Experience working with young people, apprenticeships, or skills pathways would be advantageous.
• A passion for creating opportunities and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
