JMP Statistics Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and personalized virtual instruction in JMP statistical software and applied statistics principles.

• Develop structured lesson plans designed to meet each learner’s academic, research, or professional aspirations.

• Modify instruction in real time based on student inquiries, project requirements, and skill levels.

• Support learners with their coursework, research initiatives, manufacturing/process analytics, or professional development.

• Monitor learner progress and maintain effective communication with students and, when necessary, academic or corporate partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Experience in working with students is essential.

• Capability to design and implement lesson plans that are aligned with student objectives and necessary accommodations.

• Excellent virtual instruction abilities — proficiency with video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, and maintaining student engagement online.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Must possess a reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and a quiet workspace.

• An active or prior teaching credential, particularly in Special Education, is preferred.

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are an advantage.
