Jefe de Proyecto ITSM – Administración Pública

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead projects related to the implementation, migration, or evolution of ITSM solutions.

• Coordinate and support the IT Infrastructure Change Management process.

• Prepare, organize, and follow up on CAB meetings.

• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and updates for area managers.

• Oversee the proper application of ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration (CMDB), Assets, and Service Levels.

• Extract, analyze, and process information from corporate tools to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with technical teams responsible for infrastructure, networks, virtualization, databases, and cloud services.

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or a Higher Degree in Computer Systems Administration.

• At least 4 years of experience managing IT projects and supporting Change Management or IT Service Management processes.

• Experience working with formal procedures based on ITIL and participation in CAB meetings.

• ITIL certification.

• Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM or equivalent ITSM tools.

• Experience in IT infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, databases, and cloud services is a plus.
