JDE EDI Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• High-volume EDI processing.

• Development of functional specifications, support with customizations, and resolve issues within JDE modules.

• Assist in integrating JDE with other ERP modules, including Manufacturing Shop Floor, Inventory, Planning, and Sales Order Management.

• Conduct data migrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.

• Design and create test scripts, conducting system testing to ensure that new configurations and updates function as intended.

• Possess expert knowledge of ASN (Advanced Ship Notices) and manage packaging labels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience with JDE, Manufacturing, and Sales Order Management.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Capability to translate business needs into JDE solutions.

• Proficient in JDE reporting tools such as OneView or UBE.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, data integrations, and business processes.

• Experience in implementation and upgrade projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business users and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities.

• In-depth knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, Sales Order Management, Shop Floor, and Inventory.

• Familiarity with EDI transaction sets.

• Understanding of high-volume supply chains.

• Ability to analyze demand trends and manage extensive data sets.
