
JCA Trainer β Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate closely with franchise operations by providing guidance, training, and support on accounting and job costing applications.
β’ Assist end users and deliver training sessions.
β’ Oversee, support, and manage financial help desk inquiries and tickets.
β’ Address all support requests (via email, Teams, Zoom, and phone) in a timely manner.
β’ Handle software installation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
β’ Generate reports from QuickBooks for management or team members.
β’ Educate franchise staff on accounting practices, job costing, and PDR business processes.
β’ Coordinate with other team members when issues arise that necessitate corporate involvement.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ High School Diploma or GED.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business, or finance.
β’ Knowledge or background in bookkeeping/accounting.
β’ Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
β’ Familiarity with computer use/support.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of accounting or related work/training experience.
β’ Previous experience in training is considered an asset.
