Java Developer, Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement backend solutions using Java (8+) and Python.

• Design and consume REST APIs adhering to standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger.

• Engage in integrations with Workday at both functional and technical levels.

• Manage data transfer processes, particularly in the context of payroll.

• Collaborate within microservices architecture environments.

• Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.

• Work with relational databases and optimize queries.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in development: Java (version 8 and above) and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MVC).

• Essential Python (highly recommended).

• Workday (functional/technical level).

• Mandatory knowledge in microservices architecture (REST APIs, OpenAPI, Swagger).

• Build tools such as Maven.

• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, MockMVC, Spring Test.

• Experience with relational databases (JPA, Oracle, JDBC).

• Experience in data transfer processes and payroll.

• Minimum spoken English level B2.
