Java Developer, AWS – Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create, maintain, and test APIs

• Design and engage with microservice architectures

• Utilize the Spring Boot framework along with AWS cloud services

• Work with artificial intelligence tools

• Engage in projects and teams that follow agile methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid/Senior-level expertise required

• Proficient in Java Spring Boot at an advanced level

• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and REST API development

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker

• Proficient in AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/Kafka, SQS, EventBridge, and EKS

• Knowledge of databases: RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB

• Understanding of CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, and ArgoCD

• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Instana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry

• Demonstrated experience in projects and teams utilizing agile practices

• Strong skills in collaboration and teamwork

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work independently while managing your own time effectively

• Proficiency in Python is a plus

• Experience with Stackspot is desirable

• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus

• AWS Practitioner and AWS Developer certifications are advantageous
