Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create components for a software-as-a-service platform.

• Contribute to web applications focused on human resources management.

• Design appropriate tests and evaluate their outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to plan and outline the backlog.

• Utilize AI tools to write code and tests, and perform code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic qualification or equivalent in computer science or engineering.

• Experience in development using Java and JEE/Jakarta Enterprise.

• Basic knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, CDI, RESTful services, and API design.

• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably Oracle DBMS.

• Background in Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.

• Enthusiasm for the latest technological advancements.

• Willingness to engage with AI-assisted development and a thoughtful, critical perspective on using AI tools.

• Enjoyment in teamwork and a sense of ownership.

• Proficiency in German at C1+ level.
