This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Responsible for the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of both new and existing software systems and applications.

• Engages in the complete development life cycle, including requirements analysis and solution design.

• Participates in software design discussions to assess user needs and establish technical specifications.

• Collaborates with end users to prototype, enhance, test, and troubleshoot programs to fulfill requirements.

• Develops technical specifications derived from conceptual designs and defined business needs.

• Acts as a technical authority on development initiatives.

• Researches and assesses new technologies for potential implementation.

• Produces and maintains documentation for software features; project planning; evaluations; budgeting; feedback, and enhancements.

• Offers estimates, budgets, project timelines, client updates, and ensures alignment with team goals.

• Reduces risk, prepares for risk management, and keeps projects on schedule.

• Manages user requirements and delivers prompt project updates.

• Reviews code to locate errors and modifies programs as necessary.

• Provides performance appraisal feedback for team members.

• Over 7 years of overall experience in IT.

• More than 8 years of experience as a Java developer.

• Proficient in user interface design.

• Familiarity with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
