Japanese to English Medical/Legal Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Offer interpretation services from Japanese to English in medical and legal contexts

• Provide Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI), Video Remote Interpretation (VRI), and scheduled interpreting sessions

• Enable essential communication in significant legal and medical situations

• Complete a streamlined onboarding process to quickly engage in active projects

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional interpretation experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in Medical or Legal fields

• Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled interpretation sessions

• Strong listening, note-taking, and memory retention abilities

• Professional setup compliant with HIPAA regulations

• Wired USB headset featuring noise cancellation

• Minimum upload speed of 10Mbps and download speed of 20Mbps

• Include interpretation experience in your English-language resume
