Japanese Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, prepare, and deliver a virtual Japanese course for a small group of adult learners, utilizing instructional materials deemed effective for achieving their learning goals.

• Develop and administer tests and quizzes to assess student performance.

• Assign up to 1 hour of homework each day to reinforce the concepts covered in class.

• Communicate students’ progress to the Project Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educated native speaker of the target language (Level 4 or above on the ILR proficiency scale).

• Have cultural insight into the country or region where the target language is used.

• At least 3 years of experience teaching adult learners.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing instructional materials.

• The candidate must be proficient in using technology for virtual teaching.
