ITIL v4+ Certified Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver accredited ITIL v4 (and future versions) training in accordance with PeopleCert standards.

• Conduct engaging virtual or face-to-face training sessions.

• Mentor and assist learners throughout their certification path.

• Prepare participants for ITIL examinations and distribute official exam vouchers.

• Uphold exceptional training quality and ensure learner satisfaction.

• Regularly update course materials to reflect the latest ITIL and PeopleCert standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• PeopleCert-Accredited ITIL v4+ Trainer, authorized to conduct official courses and issue exam vouchers.

• Current ITIL training certification issued by PeopleCert.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering ITIL Foundation and advanced modules.

• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and communication.

• Capability to train a wide range of technical and business audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Extensive knowledge of ITIL v4 and ITSM best practices.

• Outstanding instructional, presentation, and learner engagement skills.

• Professional, organized, and customer-oriented mindset.
