IT/HIM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the comprehensive deployment of Epic Gallery, encompassing build, configuration, and workflow design.

• Act as the lead subject matter expert on Epic Gallery.

• Train and guide an internal OnBase administrator who is transitioning to responsibilities related to Epic Gallery build and maintenance.

• Work alongside the internal HIM team to ensure alignment of Gallery workflows with established operational HIM processes.

• Assist in migrating document management workflows from Hyland OnBase to Epic Gallery.

• Verify Gallery configuration in accordance with accreditation and operational benchmarks.

• Record build decisions, configuration logic, and workflow designs for future internal reference.

• Offer continuous advice on Gallery best practices, maintenance, and optimization.

• Support a healthcare organization in its transition from Hyland OnBase to Epic Gallery during a specified six-month engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Epic Gallery Accreditation or Certification is mandatory.

• In-depth understanding of Epic Gallery build, configuration, and document management workflows.

• Proven experience in supporting Epic Gallery implementations or similar ECM-to-Epic transitions.

• Capability to effectively train and mentor internal personnel transitioning into new technical roles.

• Knowledge of HIM workflows, document management, and content services environments.

• Ability to work autonomously in a part-time, primarily remote setting.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Hyland OnBase experience is highly preferred, with familiarity in OnBase administration, configuration, or workflow design.

• Experience in facilitating transitions from Hyland OnBase or similar ECM platforms to Epic Gallery.

• Background in collaborating with HIM teams within a hospital or health system environment.

• Strong training and knowledge transfer capabilities with internal technical staff.

• Experience in supporting part-time or advisory consulting roles.
