Italian Audio Evaluations Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

📋 Description

• Function independently to create intricate evaluation frameworks and deliver organized training data.

• Role-Play Scenario Implementation: Designing and executing sophisticated, role-play-driven evaluation scenarios that replicate authentic customer service interactions in the travel, finance, and technical support sectors.

• Model Performance Evaluation: Analyzing AI model performance based on standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics, with a focus on task completion accuracy, conversational fluidity, and audio comprehension.

• Technical Metric Assessment: Evaluating the model's fundamental computer programming knowledge, including comprehension of JSON structures, functions, methods, and the capability to reason about structured data within a support environment.

• Representative Dataset Creation: Assisting in the generation of varied, high-quality audio datasets that genuinely represent real customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational dynamics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience in complex customer support, technical troubleshooting, or conversational AI evaluation.

• Native or bilingual fluency in the target language, encompassing proficiency in all language skills (reading, listening, writing, and speaking), complemented by strong analytical and verbal communication abilities to effectively conduct simulated customer support role-plays.

• Basic understanding of computer programming, particularly a comfortable grasp of JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic.

• A precise, detail-oriented mindset when working with structured prompts, intricate evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.

• Required Equipment: A high-quality microphone to ensure clear, reliable audio input during voice evaluations is necessary.
