IT Technician – Entry Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with end-users across the USA through various communication channels including phone and email.

• Set up and manage IT equipment for end-users, which includes workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, and additional devices.

• Configure end-user email clients, shared files and folders, domain accounts, and perform software installations and updates.

• Diagnose and resolve a range of end-user issues related to their local desktops, peripherals, and virtual workstations.

• Address various server-related challenges.

• Work collaboratively with the team to tackle complex or widespread client issues.

• Maintain documentation of processes, issues reported, and solutions provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and verbal English.

• Solid understanding of MS Windows OS and MS Office 365, along with a basic knowledge of Computer Networks.

• Availability to work from 3 PM to 11 PM, which is the primary shift for our IT Support Team.

• Experience in troubleshooting and a passion for solving technical challenges.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Attention to detail in all tasks.

• Enthusiasm for advancing your technical expertise.

• Quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced IT setting.

• Previous experience in IT support and/or customer support is a plus.
