This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees located in the U.S. for a Quick Service Mexican Grill, delivering technical support for store devices (POS systems, hardware, printers, scanners), resolving network issues, and assisting with all company systems.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting via diagnostic methods and relevant inquiries.
• Record incidents and resolutions, updating the knowledge base as necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal team members (via inbound voice calls and back-office offline tasks) while diagnosing and addressing issues within established guidelines.
• 1-2 years of experience at a Tech Level 2 in a BPO environment; IT service desk experience is advantageous.
• Strong technical expertise in hardware and networking.
• Solid understanding of security best practices in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools such as Prisma, Fusion, New Era, PuTTY, Switch, IP Calculator, CMC, etc., is highly desirable.
• Experience in POS troubleshooting is beneficial; ALOHA experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
