IT Technical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the support team and associated technical initiatives.

• Discover chances to enhance systems, products, and services.

• Assess initial project proposals, and plan, budget, and schedule projects.

• Oversee project execution and guide the support team.

• Maintain and monitor current computer systems for optimal performance and security.

• Build vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, develop user documentation, and establish standard IT protocols.

• Create and manage Microsoft Entra and Exchange accounts.

• Report issues and communicate effectively for resolution of problems.

• Collaborate closely with the Cyber Security Team to enhance IT system security.

• Travel as required, including internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing an IT support team with diverse skill levels.

• Familiarity with implementing and utilizing an IT ticketing system.

• Proficient in tracking and reporting metrics and KPIs from ticketing systems.

• Experience with end-user computers and printers/copiers.

• Expertise in contract and vendor negotiations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Entra (Azure Active Directory).

• Highly motivated, positive, responsible, organized, quick learner, and a collaborative team player.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Experience in procurement and asset management.
