IT Systems Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team dedicated to handling system incidents and providing N1, N2, and N3 support.

• Manage the team's budget effectively.

• Handle system problem management.

• Focus on SRE / Reliability & Observability.

• Responsible for Capacity, Availability & Continuity management.

• Manage vendor relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field is essential. A postgraduate degree or MBA in IT management is preferred.

• Proven experience in supporting technology environments.

• Proficient in SQL and Python.

• Familiarity with cloud services.

• Understanding of Data Architecture.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices.

• ERP knowledge is preferred.

• Experience in monitoring data pipelines is a plus.
