
IT Support Technician, Level 2 – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide remote and onsite support and assistance to users.
• Conduct daily maintenance and performance evaluations of systems.
• Perform backup checks and implement remediation as needed.
• Install, configure, and support desktop devices.
• Act as a liaison with third-party vendors.
• Travel to client locations to deliver technical support.
• Proven experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support position.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, networking, general software and hardware, as well as Active Directory.
• Experience in the installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers, and network equipment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• A solid work ethic.

• A diploma or higher qualification in ICT is recommended.
