This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as a vital member of the support team
• Communicate your availability to IT Support Associates
• Operate independently with both proactive and reactive tickets
• Address and escalate support tickets as necessary
• Analyze and act upon KPIs from the Brightgauge dashboard
• Build expertise in internal systems and client solutions
• Deliver training to IT Support Associates and new hires
• Familiarity with common business technologies
• Experience in diverse technical environments
• Knowledge of various cloud infrastructure components
• Strong problem-solving skills with high technical capability
• Ability to distill complex technical solutions for end users
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT, focusing on help desk and customer support
• B2 level or higher proficiency in English
• A dedicated workspace or home office with a reliable internet connection
• Competitive salary ($18,000-$22,000 annually, depending on experience) and an open-ended contract
