IT Support Technician – ERP Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics, Japanese Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or AX ERP systems.

• Analyze business processes of clients and gather system requirements.

• Configure ERP solutions, conduct testing, manage data migration, facilitate user acceptance testing, and offer go-live support.

• Assist in the development of custom ERP solutions and system integrations.

• Deliver implementation consulting services and ongoing customer support.

• Engage in client presentations, proposals, and pre-sales activities.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful ERP implementations.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to enhancements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related area.

• Over 2 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX, or comparable ERP systems.

• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.

• Ability to convey technical concepts to business users effectively.

• Exceptional customer service and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing, distribution, or service industry is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Proficiency in the Japanese language is required.

• Fluency in Japanese is essential.
