This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Offer assistance to users of our FoodGenius software solution while supporting employees from both our organization and our parent company, Glückliche Gäste GmbH.
• Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure, both within our company and at the locations of our clients.
• Deliver telephone support, including for intricate requests, always adopting a solution-oriented mindset.
• Engage in the on-call rotation with the team to uphold our service standards beyond regular working hours.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Basic familiarity with Linux.
• Initial experience in networking.
• Friendly and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
• Capability to write error-free emails.
• Eagerness and readiness to learn.
• Commitment to the company and a collaborative team spirit.
• Resilience and a sense of humor, even during tough times.
