This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Technical Problem Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues associated with IT equipment and software applications.
• Multi-Channel Support: Address support requests through tickets, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Issue Tracking: Document, monitor, and track issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with regional IT team members regarding infrastructure and support issues.
• Business Tool Support: Maintain and support critical business tools such as Excel, Power BI, and VPN clients.
• IT Support Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk positions.
• Microsoft Expertise: Strong understanding of Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Communication Skills: Clear and user-friendly communication style for interacting with non-technical users.
• Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Language: Fluent in English—both written and spoken.
