This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, implementation, and management of AI-supported voice and chat agents.

• Automation of processes through APIs using tools such as n8n, Make, or Activepieces.

• Development and optimization of automations and workflows for support and customer processes.

• Reliable customer communication: conducting calls, providing feedback, scheduling appointments, and delivering status updates.

• Technical support (Helpdesk) for all ApoTune modules.

• Onboarding and initial setup for new ApoTune customers.

• Assistance in setting up VoIP and network connections.

• Strong communication skills – you enjoy speaking with customers and present yourself confidently, kindly, and reliably.

• High level of commitment: you set realistic deadlines, meet appointments, and respond reliably and punctually to inquiries.

• Solution-oriented mindset: you persist until the customer's issue is fully resolved.

• Great enthusiasm for AI, automation, and the digitization of processes.

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems salesperson, or digital management specialist, or equivalent practical experience.

• Communicative and natural demeanor.

• A driver's license and occasional willingness to travel within Germany are advantageous.

• Key knowledge areas: AI & automation.

• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).

• Building and maintaining voice and chat agents.

• Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make, or Activepieces.

• Enjoyment in automating processes through APIs and connecting systems.

• Basic understanding of prompt design and AI-supported processes.

• Fundamental knowledge of networking basics (DHCP, DNS, VLAN, WLAN, Routing), VoIP, M365 administration, and Windows operating systems is a plus.
