IT Support Engineer L2/L3 – BPMS System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide technical support for the BPMS (Business Process Management System).

• Perform administrative tasks within the system (error resolution, incident management, system recovery, and handling user requests).

• Configure the BPMS.

• Generate operational reports from the database (MS SQL Server).

• Develop macros necessary for process automation within the system.

• Set up monitoring metrics and oversee system backup performance.

• Install and test new patches for the system.

• Collaborate with system developers, ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Participate in system development projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.

• Understanding the principles of automated enterprise management systems.

• Advanced skills in Linux OS (writing bash scripts).

• Proficiency in Docker.

• Competence in PL/SQL (writing scripts and procedures).

• Experience in configuring BPMS (considered an advantage).
