This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support as the initial point of contact.
• Oversee the hardware and software lifecycle, including provisioning and maintenance tasks.
• Supervise network and infrastructure to ensure device connectivity.
• Administer user access and enforce security protocols.
• Develop documentation and training materials for internal IT procedures.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical support.
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with cloud and SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, and Azure.
• Relevant certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, and ITIL Foundation.
