This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accountable for directly interacting with IT clients to resolve technical issues
• Manage changes professionally
• Operate in a dynamic environment with an emphasis on quality and service excellence
• Provide support to clients worldwide in over 30 countries
• Professional contributor within the Helpdesk team
• Tasked with addressing customer inquiries and working alongside the team to resolve issues
• Involved in projects as necessary
• Ensure clear and effective communication with customers
• Commit to ongoing professional development
• Develop and maintain IT systems documentation as needed
• Experience in scripting for automation, including PowerShell and Batch scripting
• Skilled in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Knowledge of backup solutions, including Veeam and Zerto
• Strong grasp of server and storage infrastructure
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
