This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Keep the technical documentation in the internal Knowledge Base up to date (instructions, user manuals, how-tos).
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems on company devices (mainly laptops and corporate mobile phones).
• Contribute to implementing endpoint hardening policies (encryption, patching, etc.).
• Maintain and apply security policies for company devices using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
• Troubleshoot issues related to conditional access through the corporate VPN solution.
• Manage Level 1 access provisioning for corporate services (both on-premises and cloud-based).
• Assist and oversee user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Address basic service requests in Atlassian Cloud products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Slack (applications, bots, etc.).
• Engage in R&D and the deployment of new end-user services and technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting macOS systems in a corporate setting.
• Strong working knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Practical experience with centralized antivirus/EDR systems.
• Solid understanding of security principles for Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with MDM/EMM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji).
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud Products (Jira, Confluence) and Slack.
