This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee and monitor incoming IT support requests and incidents;
• Assist employees in setting up software tools;
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding activities from the IT perspective;
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access requests;
• Aid in the management of Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and similar platforms;
• Help oversee user groups, permissions, roles, and spaces;
• Support the maintenance of workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting configurations;
• Keep IT inventory, equipment records, and software licenses up to date;
• Elevate technical issues to the relevant engineering or infrastructure teams;
• Facilitate the seamless daily operations of internal tools and workplace technology.
• Proven experience in IT support, operations coordination, system administration, or comparable roles;
• Background in working with Jira and Confluence in an administrative or support role;
• Understanding of ticketing systems, workflows, permissions, and automation concepts;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Capability to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Proficiency in troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with technical teams when necessary;
• Willingness to learn and support internal business tools and processes;
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach;
• Basic knowledge of workplace IT tools and systems.
