• Deliver continuous IT and systems support services to Our Common Home
• Ensure the seamless operation of daily technical activities and dependable systems upkeep
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and systems-related challenges
• Sustain essential organizational systems and platforms
• Oversee system performance while proactively recognizing operational risks or inefficiencies
• Aid in managing user access and permissions across various systems
• Facilitate enhancements to internal workflows and overall operational efficiency.
• Background in IT help desk roles and user support
• Understanding of systems administration and upkeep
• Proficiency in data management and organization
• Acquaintance with IT security protocols
• Demonstrated skills in operational and technical support
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
• Continuous IT help desk and technical support services
• Upkeep and monitoring of organizational systems and digital infrastructure
• Assistance with onboarding/offboarding and user access management
• Data organization, maintenance, and associated operational support
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues across teams
• Suggestions for enhancements to systems, workflows, and IT practices as necessary
• Coordination with external IT vendors or providers as needed.
