This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for helpdesk inquiries.
• Oversee and manage support tickets using Freshdesk.
• Update and maintain Excel reports and operational tracking tools.
• Track and report on the performance of the helpdesk.
• Keep inventories of hardware and software assets up to date.
• Assist in the procurement of technology equipment and software.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and replacements.
• Professionally and efficiently respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate documentation of support requests and their resolutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Escalate issues as necessary and coordinate with technical teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Fully remote working arrangement.
