This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Become the primary expert for our clients, adeptly resolving issues with Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Take charge of client communication, fostering relationships, and managing expectations effectively.
• Skillfully manage your ticket queue, prioritizing tasks efficiently and handling warm transfer escalations.
• Contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base by creating and refining documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors, facilitating incident resolution.
• Collaborate with the team during weekly meetings and training sessions, actively contributing to the company's progress.
• Maintain accountability, deliver proactive service, and provide exceptional customer support.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proven knowledge of advanced networking concepts and the ability to troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• A commitment to outstanding customer service and a history of building trust while diffusing challenging situations.
• A proven record of creating extensive internal documentation that aids team development and learning.
• Experience with Remote Access Solutions, such as Remote Desktop and RemoteApps.
