IT Support Analyst – Performance and Availability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Utilize observability tools to track metrics, logs, and events that reflect the status of IT services;

• Set up automated alerts to swiftly identify any irregularities or performance declines in IT assets;

• Analyze gathered data to uncover root causes of problems, bottlenecks, or service disruptions;

• Predict potential issues before they impact end users through trend monitoring and predictive analysis;

• Suggest and implement enhancements to infrastructure or applications to improve service performance;

• Keep a record of actions taken, analyses conducted, and improvements made to ensure a comprehensive history and assist with future interventions;

• Assist in initiatives focused on boosting the availability, reliability, and performance of IT services;

• Work in conjunction with other IT infrastructure teams to guarantee that solutions adhere to observability and performance best practices;

• Conduct simulations and tests to verify that services can quickly recover from incidents or failures;

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Information Technology (IT) or a related field;

• Demonstrated experience in the specified specialty, validated through employment records, official work registration, or a declaration from a former public or private institution;

• ITIL 4 training with a minimum of 12 (twelve) hours;

• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a higher qualification;

• Official Zabbix 7 Certified Professional (ZCP) certification or a higher credential;

• Elastic Certified Engineer certification or a higher designation;
