
IT Support Analyst – Endpoint, Service Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver L1–L2 support for users accessing systems through **Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)**.
• Diagnose login problems, session disconnections, performance issues, and application accessibility.
• Provide support for local laptops primarily utilized for AVD connectivity.
• Assist with **Nerdio-managed AVD environments**, which includes:
• Dynamic host pools management.
• Updates to golden images (adhering to runbooks).
• Software distribution to AVD hosts.
• Facilitate user access and device management through:
• Active Directory (AD).
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Intune.
• Offer operational support for:
• PrinterLogic.
• Mimecast.
• Zscaler.
• Conduct daily checks, adhere to change management processes, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Proven experience in **Service Desk, IT Support, or Endpoint Support**.
• Practical experience in supporting **Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)**.
• **Experience with Nerdio is essential**.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in Windows 10/11.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
• Ability to operate effectively in structured, process-oriented environments.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
